You can cancel your order directly from your Profile > Order History. However, please note that order cancellations are only permitted up to 15 minutes prior to your scheduled pickup time. Cancellations are strictly unavailable within 15 minutes of pickup as the kitchen begins preparation.

We are open for pre-orders from Monday to Friday. Pickup slots are available in 15-minute intervals between 11:30 am and 1:30 pm. Please note that weekends and specific public holidays are blocked.

We only accept online payments. You can pay using Credit/Debit Cards, Apple Pay, or Google Pay at the time of checkout.

We do not currently support direct modification of orders. If your order is more than 15 minutes away, please cancel your existing order and place a new one.
