What is the recruitment process?
Once you’ve submitted your resume, our HR team will review your application. If your profile hits the mark, the Store Manager will contact you directly to arrange an interview. Following a successful interview, you may be invited for a trial shift to show us your skills. If you’re a great fit, a formal offer will be made!
What does Sushia look for?

What positions do you have available?

I have been invited to an interview – what should I expect?
You’ll meet with our Store Manager or Hiring Manager for an in-person chat. We’ll run through a few scenario-based questions to see how you’d handle different situations on the floor—it’s a great chance for us to get to know you and for you to ask us questions, too.

At Sushia, we are a fast food takeaway shop and we strictly follow the Fast Food Industry Award. All our recruitment and employment processes are conducted 100% within Australian Fair Work regulations.
